Family, animals, nature and
travel are major interests of mine. They capture my
time, and I capture them with my lens. A Brownie
camera in childhood sparked my interest in photography
but it became more serious in 1984 with the gift of a
Canon AEI Program. Since then I have enjoyed
chronicling family, school and community activities and
celebrations. I am especially pleased that my first
commercial venture was for a local institution: a series
of 1995 Clay County Fair images" For aerial work Judy teams with pilot husband Don in a Cessna 182. The high wing is ideal for widesweeping or closer look sky shots. Recent commercial clients inlcude Iowa Department of Economic Development, Corn Belt Electric Cooperative, Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative, and Hart Corporation International Industrial Real Estate of Southampton, PA Fine art images have been included in shows at Spencer's Arts on Grand, the Iowa State Fair, and in the current promotional brochure for Spencer and Clay County, IA. |
